My name is Keo and I was born in Yasotorn in North Eastern Thailand, a region famous for its authentic Esaan Thai cuisine and its annual Rocket festival.
Before coming to New Zealand I worked as a chef in Bangkok. I love cooking and being a chef is something I feel I was born to do. I came to Christchurch in 1986 to help my sister establish New Zealand’s first authentic Thai Restaurant.
