Brasserie 74, a charming cafe by day and casual fine diner by night! Originally from New Zealand Russell travelled to Australia, France & London gathering over 30 years' experience in fine dining kitchens, only to come back home again. In 2017, Brasserie 74 was born. His passion is infusing his philosophy of exceptional cuisine and simple, fresh ingredients, using influences from France and the Mediterranean to create a European-inspired menu. A casual lunchtime menu features the very popular chowder or moules frites. The evening menu, starters of seared scallops and twice-cooked goats cheese souffle, to roast lamb rump and seared tuna loin, there’s something delicious for the whole table to enjoy.
